My wife and I have been your customers for over 25 years and have had good experience with your company. We purchased a washer and dryer a couple of years ago and purchased a service contract on the dryer as we had some issues with the prior one. On Jan. 8, we made an online request for service as the heating element on the dryer stopped working. We followed up with two phone calls and finally got an appointment for 1/22. So we had our fridge installed tonight my wife left an envelope with $815 in it on the counter as the delivery team was pealing off the protective film from the fridge they piled it up on the counter,so I grabbed them a garbage bag they grabbed the pile and threw it in the bag later we noticed the money was gone and called them they searched threw there garbage found it called us and returned it to us I am floored best place ever thank you was my daughters rent money for college

We purchased an range from Warner Stellian in Maple Grove and had a bad experience. Our oven was serviced 3 times and had over $500 worth of service and parts. We tried to work with them and the service person was nice to work with but had to call the manufacture a few times for advice. Our oven still doesn't work correctly and Warner Stellian have since dropped the brand (Capital) of stoves. Now they will not service it anymore and are referring us to the manufacturer. I lost the post so unfortunately I have no way to address the person by name but one of their white female/woman employees was on Facebook using the N word, and personally that's not what I would like to see from any company I choose to work with... I hope they take action to address that employees behavior at the very least, but I wouldn't want to support her.

Worst experience with appliances I have ever had. Got a new fridge it stopped working the first night all food spoiled- called for help. WS did NOTHInG had terrible customer service and never even got back to me for days. We will never work with them again, never recommend their company or purchase from them again. Go to Home Depot to get better customer service and response time. It’s a nightmare working with WS.

Last week I purchased a set of Kitchen appliances, Washer and Dryer and the big green egg grill. I work with Zach Sanford. I was very happy with his knowledge of appliances and helping me with selecting the correct appliance that fit my needs. There was know pressure on buying. I worked with him for over a week before purchasing what was needed. I will definitely use Zach again on my next purchase.
