I paid for the Iron Clad Warranty and the problem is trying to speak with someone in the service department-- they offer the chance to text, email or call and none of those ways worked today. My LG refrigerator stopped working Friday. It is now four days later and all our food is rotting slowly in coolers. A tech sent by Warners' Stellian came today (Tuesday), said the compressor is bad and Warners' Stellian will call me and tell me the process for repair. What happened to Warners' Stellian? It used to be a good family owned business. When my 3 1/2 month old Frigidaire refrigerator stopped working I was told a month later that they can't fix it and won't replace it. The Ironclad Guarantee I purchased was worthless. The 48-hour diagnosis guarantee turned into 5 days. One nice guy, Adam in their service department. The rest seemed to be trained in indifference.

Bought the Protection plus warranty, and was told by the salesman/ owner, that if we didn't use the warranty in five years, we would be refunded the amount we paid for it. Contacted the store several times to resolve this, with no luck.

WORST experience of my entire life dealing with Warner’s stellian. I can’t even wrap My head around why this has been. I have been without a washing machine since Aug 22. 2020. I bought my machine in Nov 2019, so basically brand new. The repairman they send out can’t seem to decide which part needs to be fixed so he crap shoots and hopes what he orders is the right part. We dropped $700 on a new washer. 2 weeks later its throwing an error code. Customer service finally gets back to me 3 days later. They wanted me to email them the info on the trouble code, so I did. I get no followup email. Now we have a brand new $700 washer that has almost been broken more than its been operational, and almost no communication. I'm fed up! Companies that are quick to take your money but don't support their customers after just 2 weeks is infuriating.

I purchased a brand new washer & dryer a few months ago. All of a sudden now my dryer doesn’t work. Tried to reach out to Warner’s Stellian multiple times. They won’t allow me to speak and cut me off and transfer me to a voicemail. I have left a voicemail and no one has yet to call back at all. Disappointed with the customer service, follow through and product. I’m still awaiting someone to call back to resolve this issue.

1st issue-Purchased dishwasher July 7th earliest delivery and install 7/21. Ok, giving slack and patience because of the craziness on Covid. Called today , delivery install day, to check on delivery window, was told they didn't have the dishwasher in stock and they will give us a call back. Heard back from them 4 hrs later and was told our dishwasher was taken off delivery list because there were none in stock. i purchased a fridge and a range at the same time. i was told they would be delivered the flowing week on a Wednesday (about 10 days). on sat., before the delivery, i was told the range was on back order and would be in the first week in February. almost a month later. since they only deliver to my town on Wednesdays, it would be delivered on the 12th. i called on February 7th and was informed that if would be another couple of weeks. i sold my range right-away as i did not want it around as i could live-without it for a cou... read more
