They left snow across my sidewalk so we have to step over a pile of snow to reach the driveway. They did a sloppy cleaning of driveway not clearing snow all the way to driveway's edge.

My family and I had the worst experience with this company. I would not recommend it all, in fact I will tell people to stay away as far from it as possible. I called and scheduled for them to come out to my parents house for snow removal, they finally showed up at 8:28 pm and left at 8:32. They did extremely a horrible job! So we contacted the company within seconds of them leaving to have them come back and complete what we are paying for. They came back at 10:10 and left at 10:12. They sent out someone ? to mark the boundaries of my driveway by putting up orange stakes 4 days ago. No one notified me of the visit The markers are still there except for the ones the UPS truck ran over. It has not snowed . Your emails have been my only contact with your company. I would not do it again !
