They came promptly. I would have appreciated a little bit more information about when they would be at my home, as they caught me by surprise. The nice man told me that they often come when the homeonwner is at work, sometimes they have to call him or her to locate the problem area. So that was the only potential problem. Fortunately I was home.
The quality of work and value of the work that was done was reasonable, however I was told that a technician would be to our house on a specific date. They ended up being a no-call/no-show. They did show up the next day and completed the job. The big issue I had was the lack of communication regarding the dispatch itself.

He was great fast and efficient. He moved a lot to get to the area, he killed the nest and made sure there were no other issues.
