Tiger town location. The repair of my gold neclace (purchased overseas) is now stretched and the links were flattened. The fit and feel is no longer comfortable. I will never have anything repaired at this company again.
Made my first and last visit to Ware Jewelers in Auburn. I needed a repair on my Rolex and I guess since I didn't purchase it with them or for whatever the reason, they would not service it. They said Rolex would not repair without getting it back to the original condition. Wow, an amazing comment from Mr. Ware. It was in the original condition and another Rolex authorized dealership took great care of my watch and YES Rolex did repair. I would NOT recommend Ware Jewelers and my experience was terrible.
