I got my ring resized. After 40 years it was too small.😳They did a great job! It was all shiny and sparkly.
My purchase and experience with Ware jewelers was a great one. Never had any issues and no one hesitated to help me when needed. Great quality service with great quality products. A huge thank you to Betsy for helping me along the way and helping me find the right engagement ring for who is now my fiancé. I will definitely shop here again and would recommend to anyone who's looking for the right ring or any other jewelry. Overall great experience hands down. Thank you!
I will not be doing business with Ware again. Poor customer service and a ridiculously high nonrefundable deposit. Wouldn't care too much about the deposit, but they didn't do anything, except mail watch to company. Shame too, because I have good experiences with Robin on custom pieces,but this exerience has soured me on Ware, I'll take my business elsewhere.
We just stopped in to browse and these employees were absolutely amazing! So friendly and welcoming, especially with my three year old daughter. Will be sending the mister here ��
