Very displeased with the service department. Called last week to get a quote on specific work. I made an appointment for my car, took it today and when they called, I was told about multiple things that I should get done on my car. Finally got them to agree that I just wanted the one thing done. Then got quoted $300 more than what I was told the week before. And then treated like I was dumb when I told them that. And now when I go back, I have to pay $118 for a diagnostic fee because I'm not getting the work done but they lo... read more
