I have been very unhappy with their service department. The times I have had to bring my Traverse, I was treated rudely and as if there was no time to answer my questions. I have had the experience several time with Justin. Today, I had an issue with my sons silverado and called in for some general questions. Once again, I spoke to Justin and he was rude and rushed. Then I was transferred to parts and no one answered. I do not recommend them for service!

I have a 2018 Chevy Spark with a Cvt transmission. Not happy with the way the car hesitates on take offs. I've own small cars before and they should never hesitate like this car does. One of these days I'm going to be pulling out of a blind turn and get hit because the car won't go........ Also when I bought the car the salesman really thought I would love the color of the dash lights at night, instead of telling me things like what type of transmission was in the car or if the only way to open the hatch is with a key or not... read more

Always friendly. Arrived for service early at 6:25 am. Door opens at 7. 1st in line. Service writer Andrew had me login in by 7:06. Now time to relax and have a cuppa coffee. Always great service
