I am shocked how a salesman named Jorge speaks to his customers over the phone. As a woman, I would never deal with him or this dealership. I would steer clear from this dealership! The customer service is a very uncomfortable experience.

Very displeased with the service department. Called last week to get a quote on specific work. I made an appointment for my car, took it today and when they called, I was told about multiple things that I should get done on my car. Finally got them to agree that I just wanted the one thing done. Then got quoted $300 more than what I was told the week before. And then treated like I was dumb when I told them that. Aaron Sanders is hands down, THE BEST salesman. There’s no better feeling than going into a dealership and finding a salesman who acts as if he’s know you his whole life, and treats you like you’re family instead of just a customer. Would HIGHLY recommend him!
My sister and I bought a vehicle from salesman Eric Jones a few weeks ago and let me say it was the smoothest transaction I could have ever hoped for! We were in and out in just under 2hours! He answered all of my questions, and when he didn’t know the answer, he told me he didn’t know and he went and found the answers from the manager! one of the employees had an unfortunate accident with my vehicle in the service area while getting an oil change. I am pleased to say this dealership took really good care of me. I owned a Toyota Tacoma for 15 years, had all of my services done at a Toyota dealership literally 5 min from my house and left Toyota because their service was horrible.
