I came into Radley Chevrolet just test driving a Chevy equinox. I met with Damien Cox who helped me out. He was amazing with listening to what I was looking for and I felt no pressure with being pressured into buying a vehicle. We talked number and I decided to put a down payment on my 2022 Chevy equinox. I was able to take it home for the weekend. On Tuesday I came to sign the paperwork and finalized everything. I am shocked how a salesman named Jorge speaks to his customers over the phone. As a woman, I would never deal with him or this dealership. I would steer clear from this dealership! The customer service is a very uncomfortable experience.
