don't eat here – Ordered delivery. Couldn't eat anything. Greasy, off tasting, weird looking ingredients, the most awful food, not just the most awful chinese, I have ever experienced in my whole life. How they can stay in business is beyond my understanding. Should have checked reviews first. My bad.
Never would have expected the bad attitude – First off, let me say that I love the food. Despite all the information on the web about how unsanitary their restaurants are, I love the taste. I've always ignored the issues with sanitation. But recently I placed an order for a couple of entrees and two soups. I met the delivery guy outside and all seemed well. Stay out of the parking lot if ordering from Wang's – My husband and I love Chinese food, and we frequent Wang's Kitchen on Creedmoor Road. The food is great, the service is not good.. Mr. Wang and his delivery crew need to slow the hell down in parking lots though. This man ran into my car going at least 30 mph where the parking lot is posted at 15mph. So just watch out in parking lots if you plan to order food from Wang's on Creedmoor.
Excellent food, excellent service.. – ... of any Chinese takeout/delivery restaurant in the area. Period. I paid half what I did for *another* highly rated restaurant in the area but this quiet little dive of a Chinese joint by far surpassed that *other* restaurant, hands down. Our food was delivered promptly, it was sanitary, absolutely delicious, nothing was missing, the guy I spoke to was courteous and informative ... I'd highly recommend. Well worth it, and we're delivery/takeout snobs...
bad customer service – Sure everyone makes mistakes - but it is how you handle it that makes the difference and Wang's Kitchen does not handle their mistakes well!!! I ordered a delivery order of several items one of which was chicken and rice soup and the soup was missing. I called to let them know what had happened and instead of saying they were sorry and another soup would be over right away I was asked if I was sure, to look again and then an angry we will get another to you and the phone hung up. Fabulous take-out – Wang's is the only place in the triangle where we dare to eat chinese. Great food, great prices!! I recommend this establishment to all of our in-town friends and out of town visitors.
Great Take-Out – Love Wang's for takeout. The ambience isn't anything to write home about, but the food is so good! I always order extra so I'll have leftovers.
Great for delivery! – One of the best Chinese delivery restaurants in the area. Very willing to take ~ and follow through with!! ~ special requests. Prices about the usual for this area. People taking orders are nearly always easy to understand and communicate with.
YUMMY FOR UR MONEY – We use them almost twice a week. Fast delivery, great gen. tso's chicken. Makes good leftovers!
