Stay Away – After calling in a lunch order and waiting over an hour with no delivery, we called the restaurant to see what was going on and/or cancel the order. The person who answered the phone informed us that the delivery driver had left half an hour before hand. Living less than five minutes from the restarurant, we told them we wanted to cancel the order if the food arrived cold. Worst Service!! – I had placed an order with Wangs and the person who picked up the phone was rude..when I had gotten my order, it was the wrong one and when I called to let them know, I was hung up on...once I finally got a manager on the phone he was not helpful either...i told him to come get his food and not to charge my card...when the delivery guy showed up, he tried to make me take what I had order and would not take NO for an answer....i used to only eat wangs but NEVER again!!!
Wang's Kitchen is bad at Creedmoor location I can guarantee that I will NEVER order from them ..owner was rude and unapologetic when I called to voice a complaint, dont order from this location.
Perfect Chinese Take-Out Wang's is the epitome of chinese take out. I usually pick up my order, but have had it delivered before with no problem. The food is better than many other chinese take-outs I've tried, and they're quick! I've sampled other chains - but I always come back to Wang's when I need my take-out fix.
No fangs in Wangs, nc – I know customer service is hard but this place is not an example of Chinese/American cuisine. I purchased a lunch special today of pepper steak and the meat was barely cooked and they serve you 1/2 cup of beef, 1/2 cup of onion/peppers and 2 cups of rice so, the beauty of the dish's sauce was lost on the enormous bed of rice. Not The Tastiest – I always patroned Wang's on New Bern Ave. Food was always great and the order was correct. This cant be the same Wang's on Creedmoore Rd. I made the mistake of eating at that location only once. And yes, the staff don't appear to be the friendliest. No disrespect, but that is by far the most culturaly diverse chinese take-out I have ever seen. Very average Typical delivery. Nothing outstanding. The cost is pretty low but so is the quality - get what you pay for. Pros: cheap, usually fast (30-40 minutes), order is correct, never forget the extras like sauces and napkins, accepts credit cards, open 7 days a week. Cons: food is usually over or undercooked (never just right), difficult to place order (most of the employees are ESL, which isn't being rude, it's a fact. Some of them barely speak English. Typical chinese fare. OK, it's the closest Chinese food to the house. It's standard fare. The kids always like the sweat and sour chicken. My son likes the chicken wings and we have to make sure they don't put any sauce on them.
yum Best chinese food ever! They always deliver fast and the food is always hot. They have never messed up an order and they never forget the sauces. I always get the same thing and it's a special order and I have never had any problems. Prices are pretty good too for the amount of food you get.
