BAD PEOPLE BAD BUSINESS!!! They ripped my friend off, he gave him a 20 and said keep it, which was a 5 dollar tip. Went to his car, came back out and said YOU NO PAY!! Then he freaking called the cops. THESE PEOPLE ARE BROKE SCUMBAGS.
NEVER AGAIN!!! – First, when I had a question about an item on the menu, the one who was taking the order was rude. He told me, "It's on the menu". I said it wasn't. He said again with an attitude, "Yes it is!" Then he proceeded to tell me I'm wasting his time. I was completely surprised at this exchange. I thought I was the customer, and I'm wasting his time. Nice Staff, Got order wrong, was pleasantly surprised! – I ordered General Tso, and the guy from the kitchen said "General Tso!" and I took the bag and left. I was pleasantly surprised with the briny Wanton soup! It was fresh and homemade with subtle hints of ginger root and celery. Is it bamboo shoots and green onion slices too? It hit the spot. Sorry to the people who got mine!
Food Made Me Sick – First I rarely if ever get sick from restaurant food or take out but did so from Wang's. Such a shame since I like the quality and taste. Within 6 hours of eating an order of Msu Shu pork I was quite ill with food poisoning. Having had it many years ago I can attest that that is what it was, Diarrhea, terrible nausea, fever, fatigue and it lasted 2 days. I wished I had checked the Wake County inspection ratings. BAD FOOD STAY AWAY!!!!!! – Please read ******I am not one to bad mouth a business, I like to call a business and ask for them to correct what they did wrong. So I tried to do this first to no avail. Stay Away – After calling in a lunch order and waiting over an hour with no delivery, we called the restaurant to see what was going on and/or cancel the order. The person who answered the phone informed us that the delivery driver had left half an hour before hand. Living less than five minutes from the restarurant, we told them we wanted to cancel the order if the food arrived cold. Worst Service!! – I had placed an order with Wangs and the person who picked up the phone was rude..when I had gotten my order, it was the wrong one and when I called to let them know, I was hung up on...once I finally got a manager on the phone he was not helpful either...i told him to come get his food and not to charge my card...when the delivery guy showed up, he tried to make me take what I had order and would not take NO for an answer....i used to only eat wangs but NEVER again!!!
No fangs in Wangs, nc – I know customer service is hard but this place is not an example of Chinese/American cuisine. I purchased a lunch special today of pepper steak and the meat was barely cooked and they serve you 1/2 cup of beef, 1/2 cup of onion/peppers and 2 cups of rice so, the beauty of the dish's sauce was lost on the enormous bed of rice.
