We have a unit at this place and it was broken into last December (2017). No one contacted us at that time to let us know of the break-in. We visited the unit two weeks ago and found out about the break-in because they replaced our lock at the time of the break-in in December. We went to the office to find out why our lock had been changed and at that time we found out about the break-in. We lost a sweeper, lamps, household items and decorations from our unit. I have had a unit when Wanamaker first opened. The staff is always very friendly & knowledgeable. Always very clean & many supply's available for purchase. Prices might be a little high but I do feel safe with my items being stored at Wanamaker so it's worth it.
Good storage place with competitive prices. Truck available for customers. Office equipment if you need to do things like pack/ship things. If you buy a lock from them you get a discount on your insurance.
Helpful friendly staff, and they were very accommodating.
