Love Dr Wan and staff Always friendly and helpful. Takes time to answer any questions I have. Very professional. I don't mind driving and hour and a half away to get treatment here. Thank you Dr. Wan and staff for making me feel comfortable, not tired or feel heaviness in my legs, and I'm not shy to wear shorts anymore . My legs look and feel healthier again

When I made my appt to come in for an evaluation I was asked for my insurance info in advance. I arrived for my appt and went through the entire eval and spiel that lasted almost an hour. Then they inform me that my insurance will not cover any part of their treatment plan. I was so disappointed and I felt like my time had been wasted. The office could and should have told me before my appt about the insurance and allow me the option of keeping my appt.
Dr Wan is a caring healthcare professional. The staff are friendly and caring. My legs haven’t felt so good in years! No more rope like aching veins. Thank you!
I have to agree with the last two reviews. I have been going to Dr. Wan since 2015. The front office staff are not the friendliest group of people, which can be a definite turn off. Dr. Wan does not spend a lot of time with his patients, he is in and out. The one thing that I do like is that he does not hurt. There is little to no pain with the procedures and that works for me. There is some improvements that need to be made.
Really bad service . You have to wait for long time. Receptionists is very rude and doctor only see you for few seconds and it's out.
I received terrible service at the vein clinic.Dr. James Wan does not spend more than five minutes with his patients and does not fully explain any of his procedures or methods. The front desk is very unfriendly and is vague concerning the expenses and pricing. The office then never reported my payments to my insurance company.When I asked them to submit my payments to my insurance company, they seemed reluctant to do so, and still had not done what I asked. Even after eight appointments.
