I live in New York City but spend a lot of time in Franklin, Tennessee, quite possibly the cutest and friendliest town on the planet. Walton’s was a unique experience in a Hallmark way! Rachel listened to us and made sure that we were thrilled with our experience and also with our stunning one-of-a-kind 1920’s sapphire ring. The ability to text the store made us feel like we were consistently in touch during the process. They stayed within our budget and never tried to push us. We felt like they were celebrating with us all along the way! What more could you ask for on Main Street in sweet Franklin, Tennessee! They more than earned our trust.
