Use to be a nice neighborhood. Drive bys , FBI kicking people's door in, cars being stolen, it's turned into the ghetto. Not worth the price you have to pay.
Very Clean and Quiet. The Neighbors Are Very Freindly. If You have Questions or Concerns, The Park Managers Are Great !

Horrible management they are nosey unprofessional and actually harass guests.
It's quiet here, which I love. No troublemakers that I know of. I appreciate that our management watches out for us in that way.
Quite mobile home park. Friendly neighbors. Safe area.
In less than a year they raised rent over 20$ a month.and still no title on the trailer that I spent over 2,500 to fix up that was supposed to be free
