most of their trailers are older than dirt. hard to keep warm in winter and have no central air. very costly to live in.
Recommendedit's quiet,clean a very friendly atmosphere, I love how Dave and Tammy take care of the park.
Everyone I know has moved out of here due to them not fixing anything at all and over charging on rent

In less than a year they raised rent over 20$ a month.and still no title on the trailer that I spent over 2,500 to fix up that was supposed to be free
I grew up here as a kid and would love to move bak...
