RecommendedThe new manager is wonderful, she is very professional and gets things done. She is a great asset to the owners that’s for sure. I have family that lives there and they are so pleased with her skills.
I’ve lived here since 2003 and I’ve seen it change hands many times. No one that’s owned it cares about the tenants or the park itself. All they care about is collecting money. It sold again in Jan. 2020. It’s may 24 and the grass isn’t even mowed in the front or in vacant lots. A lot of the people that live here now don’t take care of their homes or their lots. most of their trailers are older than dirt. hard to keep warm in winter and have no central air. very costly to live in.
Recommendedit's quiet,clean a very friendly atmosphere, I love how Dave and Tammy take care of the park.
Everyone I know has moved out of here due to them not fixing anything at all and over charging on rent
