Well they raised the rent again they say it's because they go by local trailer parks or other trailer parks do have other things in the park that makes it worthwhile like a basketball court playground for the kids swimming pools in the clubhouse possible this park does not and you don't know who your neighbors are they move in they move out people have low income and they just keep raising the lot rents they don't look at that there's people in this park that have low income and they just can't afford it no more
