5/5 stars!! This whole company has been nothing short of amazing! Today I had an incident in my house and called very upset. A technician was at my house within 5mins. I know this might not be the case all the time but they have always been able to help us very quickly. All the technicians have been very professional and informative. I would highly recommend their yearly plan! It has always been so worth it for us! Great for new home owners especially!! Thank you Waltham Pest Services!!

Moving into our new apartment we were a little blindsided and found to have some pest issues. The first person we had from Waltham told us we had Pennsylvania carpenter ants which in the back of my head knew was most likely a lie but gave him the benefit of the doubt. He said he would come back to inspect but not much was done after (could of been the fault of the apartment management here, who knows). Feb 23, 2022 around 1:50 pm MA commercial plate V31 533, truck CTB 0096, 64086 was driving hyper aggressively on Rt 9 in Hadley, MA including, not limited to, over speed limit, jumping lanes, passing on the right and tailgating. This went on for several minutes from the Hadley bridge until taking a right and cutting back behind the malls. Be a professional. Drive like a professional.
