In 1921 Bruce and Bob Walters opened a bicycle shop which in 1922 became a Harley Davidson dealer. In 1931 Bruce and his wife Gladys Walters moved from Galesburg to Peoria and they purchased Harley Davidson Sales and Service. In 1949 Bruce built a new store that was known as one of the most modern in Illinois at the time. I would like to say I had an excellent experience while at Walter Brothers. The whole staffed was amazing. Made me feel right at home. Now can't wait till it warms up to take a ride on my new bike.

I can not say enough nice things about the staff. Stann was awesome to deal with. I purchased an old bike but they treated me as if it were new. The staff was some of the nicest people I have ever met. To me this is the only place to buy a bike. Now I am waiting for spring I am ready to ride. Thank you all..
