This was 1st visit felt reassured about concerns. Listened to; evaluation of my concerns made
Dr. Prater is truly outstanding. He is kind, compassionate, explains things extremely well, has amazing memoryof my health condition and gives excellent advice.
Dr. Craddock is very detailed in his explanation of the finding diagnosis. He is not one to rush surgery just because it's an option. He explains the reactive phase of what's current which will also be proactive to a worse condition. Awesome bedside manner.
Dr. Reingold is exactly the kind of doctor I was searching for. Knowledgeable, kind, caring, thoughtful and thorough. Hard to find this in today’s medical delivery system.
This MD is arrogant and showed little interest in me. He made himself very unavailable for crucial follow-up issues, and his assistant was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone- ever. Good surgical skills plus horrible communication equals poor patient outcomes. Stay far away.

Dr. Prater was very informative and thorough
Dr. McCall talked me into doing a procedure in the office that Dr. Jarrell had done every six months for 10 years as outpatient at the hospital. First, the cost was $160 in office as opposed to $50 as outpatient in hospital. I didn't know that. Then I discovered I was his first patient ever done in the office. Then AFTER I got on the table he told me they were not doing the major part of the procedure because the insurance wouldn't pay in the office for that part. I found one: a concerned, engaged, studious, concoentous, experienced, well versed, well spoken, affable and good humored physician concerned about the patient's well being. And, with a pleasant efficient staff. Wow!
