I would never recommend Dr. Nahm to anybody. His office works like a factory, heading in one group in after another. When one of my prescriptions wasn't received by the pharmacy I called the office to have it resent. Dr. Nahm himself called me, he was very argumentative and rude. He indicated he told me in person this prescription wasn't covered. However, I never met with him so that wasn't possible. He realized it and proceeded to be rude and argue. Never again will I go to his office.
I'm a former patient. After today, I'm done. I went in the office and the place was full in the waiting room and in the back and nobody seemed to be moving. I asked the incompetent and rude receptionist, who was talking to a very grumpy PA or nurse and couldn't seem to understand that I'd already filled out their required info online, if it would be a long wait. I said I had meetings. She continued in her rude manner and said 30 to 45 minutes. I waited hour and 20 mins and left. Horrible office.
