Follow up to review status after changing some medications - staff as always is very friendly and professional professional. Dr Brandner always takes time to discuss lab results with me and makes sure I understand what I'm taking and why. I know I'm in good hands.
Dr. Brandner listens to his patients, has a good bed-side manner, and thorough in all aspects of his practice.
I've been seeing Dr. Brandner for almost 15 years. He's always cheerful and laughing when I see him, which I really appreciate. I'm a pretty complex case and he really puts up with a lot in order to help me. He's very thorough and I truly appreciate all he does.
I have been a patient of Dr Brandner for over 20 years. I love how he makes sure you understand every aspect of your blood work and how he always has make sure I have the best and most effective medicine. I have recommended many of my family and friends to him and they are very pleased.
VISIT WAS FOR ANNUAL PHYSICAL. DR. B HAS DONE MINE FOR OVER 20 YEARS. HE KNOWS ME, MY HISTORY AND IS EXTREMELY THOROUGH. HIS STAFF IS ATTENTIVE, FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH. SOME HAVE BEEN WITH HIM SEVERAL YEARS.
The front office staff kills this place. Dr. Brandner is absolutely a fantastic General Practitioner, however the usual person that is at the window is rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. Older lady in her 60’s is my best guess. There is a definite communication gap with the front office and the back personnel. Wait times are so whacked as well.
Outstanding provider, Dr. Brandner listens and truly cares about what I am saying. I had an appointment to see him and he is well worth the wait!
Dr. Brandner kept my 85 year old father waiting over 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. He misdiagnosed my father's pneumonia as dementia and tried to convince me to put my father in a home. Then today when my father tried to follow up on IBS related lab tests, Brandner simply ordered new ones for November, instead of giving my father the results. My father's concerns about his balance were met with a smile and no treatment. My father is at high risk for a fall and this doctor does nothing.
Uncaring office staff ... difficult to deal with, lengthy appointment schedule time, lengthy office waiting room time, overbooked scheduling
