Outstanding provider, Dr. Brandner listens and truly cares about what I am saying. I had an appointment to see him and he is well worth the wait!
Dr. Brandner kept my 85 year old father waiting over 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. He misdiagnosed my father's pneumonia as dementia and tried to convince me to put my father in a home. Then today when my father tried to follow up on IBS related lab tests, Brandner simply ordered new ones for November, instead of giving my father the results. My father's concerns about his balance were met with a smile and no treatment. My father is at high risk for a fall and this doctor does nothing.
Uncaring office staff ... difficult to deal with, lengthy appointment schedule time, lengthy office waiting room time, overbooked scheduling
