This is the second time we have had the pleasure of working with Walt. He helped us buy this home a few years ago and now he helped us sell it! I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy/sell a home. He was always there if we needed him and was always putting our best interests at heart. Working with Walt as a first time home buyer was a priceless experience. He is very knowledgeable about the Pueblo and Pueblo West markets. Additionally he knows a great deal about properties and can match your needs to a given home. Walt was extremely responsive and willing to do showings that fit our schedule.
