Working with Walt was an amazing experience. I felt very comfortable from the first time I met him to the day that we closed on the property. He is a wonderful person and so easy to talk to. He was available anytime of the day or night. I would definitely call Walt for any of your real estate needs.

Walt is an expert in his field and would recommend him to my family and friends when they need to buy or sell homes. Walt helped me purchase the home I am now currently residing. When we submitted an offer this home soon after another offer came in. He suggested to put in an escalation clause to help get the deal done and if he hadn’t done this I would of lost the house. Great experience. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Walt helped us throughout the entire process from looking at houses, finding a house that meet our needs, listing our home that we were living in and selling it. Then helped us to purchase the home we loved. Would never consider to use anyone other them Walt.

We were working with an agent who was unfortunately, totally unresponsive, misleading and deceptive. Fortunately we made contact with Walt Pickard and we are Blessed that we did. Within 4 days we were under contract with the house we wanted and the sale of our house. Walt made a negative experience into a very positive one ??

Walt was incredible through the entire buying process. This was my first time buying a house, and it was very intimidating. Walt helped me from the beginning, all the way to after moving in! He was honest through the process, kept me in the loop of all the steps, and helped with any questions I may have had. I strongly recommend him if you are looking to buy a house!
