Honest. We discussed the high point of value for the house on St. Charles Mesa. We discussed timelines and realistic deals to accept. We also discussed homes available as competitors. Whenever I needed to talk to him he was very responsive. He had already sold another home for me and a friend of mine's home! This one makes three!
