good complex and management,some times the laundry room not that clean so i have to wipe the wash machine before use it and some people they don’t pickup them clothes from the wash machine at time so you have to wait for them

I like the apartments, landscaping, and the friendly, helpful management here very much. The only thing I really don’t like is paying so much extra (over and above the rent) every month for trash, sewer, and water service. I think the fees are exorbitant, almost $100 monthly in my case. My neighbors here agree, and have complained about it. Water sometimes runs in the driveways, and we’re paying for the leaks. A waste of water, as well as unfair to the tenants!
