good complex and management,some times the laundry room not that clean so i have to wipe the wash machine before use it and some people they don’t pickup them clothes from the wash machine at time so you have to wait for them

I like the apartments, landscaping, and the friendly, helpful management here very much. The only thing I really don’t like is paying so much extra (over and above the rent) every month for trash, sewer, and water service. I think the fees are exorbitant, almost $100 monthly in my case. My neighbors here agree, and have complained about it. Water sometimes runs in the driveways, and we’re paying for the leaks. A waste of water, as well as unfair to the tenants!
I’ve been a resident since 2009. Comparing apples with apples the apartments Sq Ft, landscaping, parking and maintenance response is awesome. The Gym equipment has not been upgraded since 2009. Enforcement of common areas is none existent. The way they charge for Water, Garbage & Sewer is a hoax, especially with no water meter to measure usage.
