After living there for one year, I thoroughly cleaned the bathroom and refrigerator, vacuumed three times, and made sure there were no holes in the walls. All the windows and frames were cleaned, and the unit was ready for the next tenants. A week later, the management called and said they would only charge $150 for carpet cleaning and asked for my new forwarding address. The apartments is nice and quiet.. the only thing I experience while living here for these 7 months that I was walking my dog in the parking lot of the complex which my dog was on his leash.. my neighbor was walking his dog outside with no leash.. his dog ran to my dog and attacked my dog which made me fell to the ground and my elbow hit the concrete and now I have a hairline fracture..
