Rachel is one of the only providers that has made me feel like I'm being listened to. She takes the time to really understand the full context of the situation and asks questions until she can make an informed decision on medications.
These people would rather push drugs on you with life changing side effects that explicitly stated you dont want to take than give you the help you actually need. They care more about there "jobs",the money, and what the drug companies tell them to push rather than being compassionate to your needs and your care.
Was referred here for Spravato. Had a consult and called back a week later to follow up. The receptionist told me that their clinical director had to coordinate with my insurance and then would get back to me. She offered to message the clinical director to inquire but made it seem like a huge deal so I declined. It's been three weeks since my consult and I haven't heard back.
