Went in for my 1st colonoscopy. Was really scared didn't know what to expect. Staff was so professional and nice. Dr. Steiner was great so was my anesthesiologist. Everyone was so nice and pleasant which helped to put me at ease. Had an awesome experience. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. The center was also very clean. Thank you guys.

Dr Yotseff performed a colonoscopy procedure on me at this medical center on 1/9/23. Everyone from the anesthesiologist, Dr. Snyder, to the nurses and office staff, were extremely friendly and caring. Dr. Yotseff is very informative, and anxious to answer any questions to put his patient at ease. He even called me a couple of hours after I got home to check on my wellbeing. He made feel like he was a concerned buddy checking on his dear friend.

This was my first colonoscopy and my primary doctor was very successful in referring me to Walnut Creek Medical Center, and recommending me to Dr. Dooreck, the entire team was very professional, communicative, helpful and understanding, I appreciate the empathy of the anesthesiologist and Doctor Dooreck for communicating the procedure in Spanish.

Overall I was hesitant to have a colonoscopy As it was my first one and the thought is not the most pleasant. But of course it is very important for screening and prevention And needs to be performed As in some cases it can save someone’s life. I can’t tell you how simple the procedure was. I went to sleep I woke up and felt nothing. Everyone was so professional and I have nothing but excellent comments. Very good experience with Dr. Dooreck, MD and his team. I was scheduled for sigmoidoscopy which went pretty well. The facility is very clean, but front desk rep isn’t so friendly but I mean her job is just to check in. Besides that after being checked in, I waited to be called and everyone was extremely nice.
