I work in Downtown Walnut Creek, so I am a little biased. But from a neutral point of view... there are plenty of shops for EVERYONE. Everything from family friendly to the single and ready to mingle crowds. Walnut Creek is also very friendly people seem to be very open minded and welcoming to people of any race, gender, or religion.

used to live in Walnut Creek as a teen, in the early 80s. I loved the town.. so much to do, nice shopping areas and so many happy memories.. I miss WC!

My husband and I downsized from our family home and moved to the heart downtown Walnut Creek. What a GREAT experience!! We walk and ride our bikes to EVERYTHING. Lots to experience and enjoy - everything from necessities, to entertainment, to cultural experiences. It's wonderful.
