LOVE IT! I have been here for over a year now and love how they keep the community beautiful and always respond quickly if I have any problems.
The Long Haul This is the perfect place if you are looking to wake up to magical creatures on your patio every morning or the toast glittered with fairy dust. Birds sing and quietly awaken me from my mediocre sleep and open the curtains as they go. 0h! - We've been watching Cinderella. No, this place is amazing. Nicely sized rooms, a big kitchen, NO SPIDERS? It's like feeling at home.
Walnut Creek Apartment - Bad Services Walnut Creek Apartment are not professional at all, Carpets was dirty like some one left the apartment and they give it to me the next day. Staff is not cooperating as well. When you left the apartment they charge you alot with unnecessary thing like the apartment was no clean. Apartment was clean at the time of move out more than he move in but still they always charge you for that. So it is not recommended at all....

Glad I moved I lived at Walnut for 3 years, and went through 4 managers. One was good, 3 were horrible. All the "leasing agents" (several came and went) were always rude, and acted like you were bothering them when you walked into the office. Outdated appliances that ended up costing a lot when the Xcel bill came in. I had to wait 10 minutes for the shower to warm up. I had to adjust my oven 10 degrees just to make sure the food was cooked. I couldn't take a bath because water would leak into the downstairs apt. I had a cons... read more

dipleased I have lived here many years.I think the maintence can do a better job keeping up the apts.When I moved in several years ago it took 3 month to get my apt ready.When I moved in the carpets look like iit had been raked and the apt had a poor paint job done through out.My apt smelt like mold.
You can find so many better apartment beside Walnut creek Hi, Ive stay this apartment for 2 yrs. while u stay here is O.K but whenever u have to communicate with office staff, they are not professional at all and not supportive.
