Maintenance And overall everything First of all, I have lived here for 12 years and this is the longest I have lived in an apartment!! Reason? Why move when I have everything I need and I feel safe!! They don't care about pet safety I live at Walnut Creek Apartments, and they said they needed to do some maintenance on my unit to prepare for inspections. The maintenance was done while my wife, son, and I were staying the night at my in-laws' house. When we returned, we found our cat had been locked in the bathroom with no food, water, or litter box for 36 hours, without notifying us, and for no reason that they could explain. Be smart, stay away from this place! This apartment complex is the worst. The management is disorganized, it’s taken weeks for our maintenance orders to be fixed even though we keep calling the office, and in the six months that we’ve been here they’ve replaced their leasing specialist multiple times. The day that we signed our paperwork to move in we learned that the owner fired the entire previous management team and hired a new set. There are better places to live, believe me. This place had a major bug problem, had to constantly do perimeter spray just to avoid spiders, beetles, and roaches from coming inside (and we were very clean too!). Getting something fixed was a hassle because most of the time it was a shortcut fix, meaning it didn't hold anyways. And taking to the front desk was a pain because they all had different answers to the same question. Leaving was a pain too. They weren't willing to work with our move out date at all. Amazing apartments! This apartment complex has been by far the best one I have ever lived in. The actual complex its self is quiet and beautiful, it feels like you're living on a resort. The bedrooms are spacious and the washer/dryer room is the BEST! I have loved living here, but it's more than just the apartments the people who run it are phenomenal. We love living here(: Both Maintenance and Administration are prompt and friendly. We are always getting reminded to keep things nice, making sure cigarette butts are thrown away properly and just asking the residents to keep the complex's clean and tidy! Always invited to BBQ's at the pool...My spouse and I adore living here! Sure we have to wait a couple minutes for the water to warm up, but it's not the end of the world! (:

great Leasing Help Megan at Walnut Creek was unfailingly helpful during the application process, answering dozens of my questions politely and professionally. Moving can be stressful, but she was kind and understanding. The complex is well-run and I am delighted to have my son living there.
