One of the worthiest experiences we’ve ever had. Had a drop off on Wednesday, asked associate to put an urgency on it. They confirmed it’s done and by Friday we will get it. We call on Friday, the delivery is delayed. Saturday and Sunday there is no delivery. Called on Monday again. The associate was cery rude. She was interrupting me and assuring me that I have misunderstood previous agent, as the delivery is delayed again. She said try again by noon on Tuesday. Called again on Tuesday. I have been a long-time customer at this pharmacy, but I am now planning to switch to a different one. The staff, including the pharmacist, provides poor customer service. They refused to return a costly medication that was mistakenly included in my refill prescription by the doctor. The medicine was in its original, unopened package and was returned within 24 hours. I strongly advise avoiding this pharmacy.
