The current patient services need improvement, especially the pharmacy assistant service. Providing proper coaching and guidance may help improve the overall quality of service. I also feel unwelcome whenever I visit the pharmacy these days, which makes the overall experience disappointing.
One of the worthiest experiences we’ve ever had. Had a drop off on Wednesday, asked associate to put an urgency on it. They confirmed it’s done and by Friday we will get it. We call on Friday, the delivery is delayed. Saturday and Sunday there is no delivery. Called on Monday again. The associate was cery rude. She was interrupting me and assuring me that I have misunderstood previous agent, as the delivery is delayed again. She said try again by noon on Tuesday. Called again on Tuesday.
