Let’s talk about Dawn! An hour wait because she couldn’t read an insurance card, have an insurance rep or the client correct her. Got defensive when multiple mistakes made. All her own. The lead pharmacist had to step in, she handled it! Thank goodness for her, because the “manager” is about as sorry as Dawn! No care as to why a customer sat in line for over an hour. Just to be sure the hours are wrong and walk-in any time is wrong. We were there on last Sunday Nov 10th and with no customers they were vacuuming. Told us to leave. Person said if we wanted vaccines next time MAKE an appointment. Sorry last time we did make an appointment they told us that we didn't have to and there was a lineup there so we didn't get any faster service. Faster is not necessary we don't live in town so some respect and kindness would have been greatly appreciated. ;)

This has BY FAR been the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Just switched to Walgreens. You get a text that your meds are ready so you go pick them up… they tell you give them a few minutes which I didn’t have bc I had to pick my daughter up from school. I go back the next day and they say “give us 20 mins” are you kidding me?! What happened to yesterday’s “a few minutes?” How tf are my meds not ready. So I give them the 20 minutes… STILL NOT READY. This place is cheap for meds, I like that, the staff is friendly and efficient!!
