Worked for these guys for a month. Harassed by an employee while working here and fired for sticking up for myself. While there are a few good people that work here, for the most part let me tell you they don't care about you or your car. The guy that harassed me into getting fired couldn't do anything right. On one occasion he forgot to put bolts back in for the skid plate, lol. Attention Walmart Corp!!! They do not answer the phone!
Total scam. I bought a tire from walmart and had this walmart automotive install the tire. A couple months later, the valve stem broke and after being left of the side of the road with a flat tire, I needed my new tire repaired. I took my truck back ti walmart and explained what happened and the tech said no problem it's covered under warranty. I came back to pick up my truck after new tire was installed and they tried to charge me $212 for a tire that the said 2 hours earlier would be free. The guy told me I couldn't get my... read more
Hit a curb and tire needed to be replaced. Dropped it off at 8 am and picked it up at 9 am. Very friendly.
Great hel9 to check my battery and they have the lowest prices. I went to 3 different auto parts places before wakmart auto, and they held the tester button down so it saud made battery was bad. I had to tell them, it will work better if you didn't hold the button down bi got an "oh". Walmart auto didn't try to cheat me.
