They are so slow to check vehicles in. I've been using the walbrook drive auto center for years and it's always quick to get your info over there. Clinton hwy be using 30 minutes per car. I booked an appointment and it's past the appointment time cos they 2 guys are taking forever to attend to the 2 cars in front of me. Horribe!!!!
Made an appointment with Walmart to get 4 tires mounted. Had to enter my car information, I guess to ensure they could work on it? However, I get there and they can't. They don't have a lift that will support my car. They have a 50 inch lift and my car is 54 inches. Not sure why they needed my car information, I guess so they could have an easy day, cancelling appointments? Was able to quickly get an appointment with Free Service Auto and Tire. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had in a long time. I ordered tires online through Walmart and paid in advance for installation. When I arrived for my appointment, the tire and lube staff were polite, but I was suddenly told they would not install the tires because they were not an exact match to what is listed on the vehicle door sticker.
