This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had in a long time. I ordered tires online through Walmart and paid in advance for installation. When I arrived for my appointment, the tire and lube staff were polite, but I was suddenly told they would not install the tires because they were not an exact match to what is listed on the vehicle door sticker. Rude staff very unhelpful, essentially told me i was SOL
Called at 2 pm to ask if they had TPMS in stock and could replace mine. Asked if they had time at 430 pm. "Absolutely." Got here at 4:18 pm and was told "they'd try." I've sat around for over 2 hours to be told they now don't have time. If they couldn't get them done, they could have told me when I got here (or when I called) so I had time to go somewhere else. Now, it's too late to go anywhere else, and this tpms replacement I need to make my truck safe for a trip can't happen. I'm beyond furious.
