This place is a mess! First had to deal with a rude guy that had no name tag (imagine that). Not counting we waited 20 mins just for someone to come to the counter. Then, two hours just for two tires. The Lenior city location got one tire on for me while back in 15-20 mins and, they was slammed with other customers. The guys at this location just don't want to do their job.
Doug was very kind. He did our intake and explained everything to us. It was affordable and he was very nice to us. Give him a raise!
Brand new tire prices for half the tread depth of a new tire. Really soft compound too. If another customer comes in that already had an appointment scheduled, they will shove you to the back of the line after you've already been waiting for four hours. Maybe stop scheduling appointments if you can't mount more than one tire per hour. Absolutely DO NOT go to this place. If you do, don't say that you weren't warned!
0 stars. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. No one wants to be there, made it seem like I was a burden by simply asking if they did oil changes. Incredible how miserable the people they hire are. Disgraceful
