Absolutely horrible service. My son ordered 2 tires from Walmart He received a notice that said it was delivered Thursday. He called in to verify the information and was told that they were not there. He decided to drop by since he was at the mall picking up something just to double-check. The tires were there the whole time on a rack. He advised the service man that those look like the tires I ordered over there on the rack can you check the size to see if they are mine? Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Waited 3 hours for a tire change and they made me go somewhere else to fix a problem they caused. Don't go here for anything car related. I was not the only one they told that they couldn't help them after holding onto their car.
They added on services that I didn't ask for!! That's so rude and it made me so mad. I believe they did it because I am a woman. They would of never done a man that way.
They canceled my appointment at 6:45 on Saturday and told me that my tires never came in I drove in anyway, and they were able to get me a better set for a better price and got them on in an hour even with my lug nuts, being locked too tight because I recently changed the rotors and brakes myself. Thanks for the awesome work guys!
