Fast, reliable service. I’ve had a positive experience every time I’ve stopped in, appointment or not. I travel for work and get an oil change every 6-8 weeks and have been to a dozen or so shops in recent years- this crew is top notch and deserves a raise. Not the yearly expected one either- the “out of the blue because ya’ll earned it” type raise.
Do not waste your time or money. My daughter sat over an hour for them to look at a tire that had a leak. Told her nothing was wrong with her tires, was charged twenty dollars. Tire light was still on when she left. Took it to Firestone in Shorewood and the tpms sensor was leaking.
AMAZING! will be coming here again, Front desk Jillian was the absolute sweetest, and our mechanic Daisy went above and beyond we went in to get our tire replaced but she was able to just repair it super quickly which saved us so much time and money!!! They are truly angels!!!
