Called over an hour before closed about getting an emergency tire changed as we're driving from out of state. Was flat out told they weren't taking more customers for the day and "too bad" I guess we shouldn't expect much from Morris Walmart.
Had a 7:30 AM Sunday appointment for an oil change. Myself and 3 other people in line outside at 8. Called in and was told the person for 7 had called off and the 8 AM person wasn’t around. Was told that the manager wasn’t around either and, even if he came in, couldn’t work cars without anyone else there. They shouldn’t be open if they only schedule one employee. Extremely disappointed.
I had a tire repair done. They were quick and it was pretty cheap.
