Wish I could give a negative. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. What kind of auto care center doesn't have the proper tools to remove lugnuts from tires??? TWICE, I had to go just to get new tires. And both times "we can't remove the lugnuts." When I literally had someone loosen them before going there. That same person had to come take them off FOR the technicians and he had to put them back on because they refused to "touch them". NEVER GO THERE ON WEDNESDAY WITH THE ALL FEMALE CREW🙄, well I should have known better when I walked in and didn't see one swinging pair 🤷. Oh well I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I brought in a single tire with an extra rim just to be mounted and balanced not even put on the vehicle. There was no one else there and they said they can get to it fairly quick.
