I went in for an oil change. When I got home, I noticed the skid plates drain plug hatch was missing along with the two bolts that help hold up the skid plate and hatch. I called immediately and they said they found it, but seemed annoyed that I wanted it back that day. It was 20 minutes to closing. 2014 Silverado new tires ordered, got screwed on the online price with install, paying additional fees for it, they lost my order in the system. I forgot to screenshot order for the original price, that's on me for trusting Walmart. Second I had them change my oil and it never leaked a drop until they over tighten the plug, my driveway now is spotty with oil, in addition when you replace tires, you always check swaybar bushings, nope,, one is broken and the other is loose. Ordered 6 tires for my dually. They misplaced 1 so I didn't get scanned in and my appointment was canceled. Honest mistake, employee was kind and rectified the mistake. I reschedule for the following day. Since my original appointment was canceled, the price for the install was refunded and I have to pay it upon completion of the install, fine. I chose the basic install package of $18 per tire, expecting to pay that at the store now. My husband brings in the truck the following day and they tell him it's going to be a total ... read more
They confirmed what I believed. Firestone told me that I needed 4 new tires. In reality I only needed 1. I like Firestone but they need to be honest. They helped me and didn't sell me stuff I didn't need.
