The reason the reviews are so poor. I still gave it 2 stars because some of the staff did try their best but others couldn't care less. Needed all 4 tires changed. Got there on time at 11am and was there till 2:30pm. It should not take 3.5 hours to change tires ... After I finally left, all 4 tires were at 34 psi. Had to pull over to fill them up to 42. Ridiculous...lesson learned. You get what you pay for ... Edit* changing from 2 stars to 1. All my new tires are constantly leaking air. Every day I'm having to fill them up.... read more
Worst people work here. Customer service is bad, lazy people that don’t care.
Purchased 2 new tires. On arrival for the appointment, my tire pressure sensor was not on. When I left to drive home, all of a sudden the tire pressure sensor is on. My next stop was Costco, so I used their digital tire inflation station. Each of my tires should be filled to 35 PSI. Walmart Prosper had filled them to 28, 48, 42, and 45.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. We came in at 11 for a scheduled appointment for a simple tire installment and oil change. We got out 4 hours later at 3pm. One of the guys in charge tried to tell us they were out of filters and that we would have to go and BUY OURSELVES a filter, when it is supposed to come with the service. When they managed to find one, he SHOOK it in my face as I had been asking him how it was possible that they were out and why they would want ME to go buy one when my car was actively in the shop for the tire installa... read more
Had a 7 AM appointment, to which I arrived 15 minutes early. There wasn’t even a worker in the auto area until after 7 AM. When someone schedules an appointment they expect it to begin at that time. When a store manager finally opened the door to automotive I asked them where the auto workers were, to which he nonchalantly replied, “they’ll be here in a little while.” Apparently, showing up late is just the culture here.
