By far the worst place to get tires and or any AUTO CARE FROM! I ORDERED ONLINE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Your order will be cancelled even if tires are IN STOCK! They “workers” will Not have A CLUE ON WHAT THE HELL ACTUALLY HAPPENED AND THEY CANNOT REFUND with a gift card to even allow you to still get what’s needed !!! Poor customer service. Won’t admit fault. I got charged for a tire rotation and they claimed they didn’t rotate my tires. They messed up my sway bar which cost me another $1,000. Another place told me that when my tires were rotated that my sway bar was loosened and never tightened back up. Never using them again
Came here to get some air real quick for a spare tire.. tech Super friendly and fast Thank you!!
Came in needing new tires because it is flat and low trim. Front desk guy acted like they were so full to where they couldn’t get me in today without an appt till i showed him and expressed that I can’t go anywhere else due to my tires. Turn to find out, it was less than 2 hours wait.. very disappointed of the work ethic.
