I recently came in to return some tires due to an issue, and my interaction with Joe was extremely disappointing. From the start, his tone was disrespectful and dismissive. He acted like he was listening, but it was clear he wasn’t actually trying to understand the situation. very poor service they don't want to help closes at 6pm not 7pm how the sign say
If I could leave less stars I would worse service ever everyone that works here seems like they don’t need a job with their damn attitude I’m assuming the guy helping at the register was a Mime I guess because we got there never asked what we needed help with never said anything we aren’t even sure the work was even done this is in the auto care part of the store
