I had came in for my 2013 Toyota Camry to do oil change and I come out and I see my car leaking right and I go back. This is my second time going back. I go back to the oil auto services and I told them my car is leaking. There was this guy who came out he was like a big and chubby and yeah, I was trying to get their attention I honked twice and he he came out and he yelled at me and he said don’t honk. Excellent job. Oil change for my diesel at a reasonable price.
The price was great but the service was terrible. The guy working the desk didn’t say a word to me and just kept a mean mug the whole time. The tech’s failed to change all of my pressure sensors and ended up breaking at least one so now my low tire light is constantly on. They stripped multiple lugs and didn’t replace them.
Came to pick up my 2 tires that I had shipped in and they never found them in 30 minutes that I waited. Probobly sold my tires to someone else. I called back 15-20 minutes later and they said they finally found them
I recently came in to return some tires due to an issue, and my interaction with Joe was extremely disappointing. From the start, his tone was disrespectful and dismissive. He acted like he was listening, but it was clear he wasn’t actually trying to understand the situation. When we asked to speak to a manager, he claimed he was the manager, which later turned out not to be true.
