Came to pick up my 2 tires that I had shipped in and they never found them in 30 minutes that I waited. Probobly sold my tires to someone else. I called back 15-20 minutes later and they said they finally found them
I recently came in to return some tires due to an issue, and my interaction with Joe was extremely disappointing. From the start, his tone was disrespectful and dismissive. He acted like he was listening, but it was clear he wasn’t actually trying to understand the situation.
