Immediately ask if I have an appointment, with 2 cars ahead said 2+ hour wait. I said I was fine waiting, then they proceeded to make every excuse to not change my oil.
Worst experience ever no one came to help me while I was outside waiting in line to get service for 20 minutes went inside and they told me to go back outside and wait I won't ever go to the admiral and memorial walmart again worst service ever .
I have to drive my car to see if they messed up or did well because it was fast but they rummage through your car
If I could give it negative stars I would I have the road hazard package on a set of four tires I bought from Walmart. I got a nail in it from what the Walmart auto center guy said but he said they only taking appointments and can't help me only can air it up or look and tell me so they look and seen a small nail and said it is close to sidewall can not fix wow have to buy new tire but couldn't even do that he said cause only him and one other guy but I seen more than that working on a vehicle.
