I ordered new tires online and when I got to my install appt, I'd ordered the wrong size. Thankfully, the staff in the automotive dept are adept at their jobs. They had the correct size in stock so I was out of there in less than an hour with new tires.
I get its Walmart, and I get that it's a big company. Here's my issue. Why let people schedule an appointment for service, and then still have a massive line with walk-in. It's ridiculous. Take down the option. Just make it first come, first serve. It's not hard.
Scam artist! I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and was told when I got there they didn't have that type of oil. So I ended up paying more. When I left my battery light had come on and when I got home I turned my car off and then when I went to turn it back on it wouldn't start. The man taking in the cars was rude to my mother and I believe he did something to my battery. I will never go back to this walmart. I know walmart is a crumby place to work but that doesn't mean I have to be scammed.
