Even though I had an appointment, when I got there they did not have oil filter. I had to go get one at O'Reilly's. Can you call to verify they have one? "It's not my job!". Well O'Reilly's didn't have one! I called the department manager, she agreed it was not their job! I went to Kwik Kar!! They did it professionally in 30 minutes.
Be aware! They have some kind of business problem with their oil filter supplier. They will pull off the shelf and tack another $10 on to the price after you arrive to your appointment. No signs anywhere. Nothing that alerts you in the app. Your supplier issue for something supposed to be included in the price is NOT my problem.
This was the first time I actually ordered tires online and had them delivered directly to the Walmart auto service center. The price I received was exceptionally competitive compared to local shops, and the service team at Walmart was remarkably courteous and professional. I was in and out within about an hour, including waiting time and install. Overall, I had a highly positive experience and will now confidently turn to Walmart for all my future tire needs and services.
Normally great experience, but keeps going down hill. No reason to get the interior this dirty for an oil change.
