Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They really care about the people. Work gets done in a timely manner. I've had work done there before and if they feel it will be a long time to fix the problem they will give you a ride home and will come back to get you again. Other places don't care and will let you sit there all day if need be. Not FORD! Great experience!
