I had a great experience. This is my first new vehicle purchase and they worked so hard to get me into a vehicle. Everybody was pleasant and didn't give me any attitude or show any signs of being annoyed with the issues we were running into. Instead they tried to find an alternate route to solve the issue. We had a very pleasant experience buying our new car with Leigh Taylor, I told her what I wanted and she provided us with exactly that. She did a great job explaining some new features and even some old ones that I had no clue my old car had! This is our 3rd "New" car (all Ford Escapes just newer models) but our first time with Fuccillo we are looking forward to continuing a good relationship for the years to come. :)
Last night I purchased my Chevy Equinox from Fucillo Ford in Seneca Falls from Tony Torrese! I would recommend him to anyone that is thinking about purchasing a vehicle. Not only was Tony patient, and kind- he made sure I purchased something reliable and safe for myself and my children. This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased from fuccillo Seneca falls. My 1st vehicle was 13 months before. (My wife has also purchased her vehicle from there as well).
