I was so disappointed with fuccillo especially when I bought 2 cars from them. Fuccillo gave my wife a price of 232. Then mechanic finds different problem melted. Harness tells my wife it will be a little over what she was quoated of 232. Well long story short I called next day trying to get a price guy name rich says I’ll find out from tech and call you back never did if I’m not mistaken isn’t a repair shop supposed to call and let a customer know of the price before the repair is done. I have purchased my car and have had it serviced at Fucillos since 2016. The people are very nice and I have been really pleased with all the service I have had. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a new car. The new building is awesome and very high tech.

Walked in wanting a brand new escape but I had to go with something that was within my payment budget. I got a nicer newer car for less than I wanted to pay a month! Win win!!! I walked into this dealership pretty sure I wouldn’t get a car. Everybody there was great, Chris Pagano, Shady, and all the others really came through for me. Chris even drove to my home, twice, to Wolcott, to pick me up so I could take my new car home. The only reason I couldn’t take it home the day I walked in was because it was quite late..... I was impressed with everyone, and would go there again. I would recommend them to anyone. Plus they have great popcorn! Thanks Fuccillo!
Best car salesman in the business, Chris Pagano will not let you leave the dealership unhappy. If one car doesnt work out he will fight to find what best suites you! Shady is also a great guy there was some paper work that we wouldnt be able to finalize until monday and he made it happen so we could drive our beautiful new ride the same day.
