this place misdiagnosed and disregarded my mom for months for something she knew she had!! and Carlos Valentin misdiagnosed my dad when he had meningitis. hard pass for this place!!
I got diagnosed with bronchitis at urgent care in January. They told me to follow up with my primary care if I wasn’t improving. So I called pro health and they scheduled me right away. Then I get a call I need to come in 15 minutes earlier to get a Covid and flu test. I told them I’m absolutely not paying them to test me, I already had been diagnosed which the nurse did read to me they had the paperwork from urgent care.They denied seeing me because I refuse to be apart of their money scheme. I have never been able to just see a PCP if I am sick. I am always offered another Pro-Health location. Like Meriden. I went there once. It was gross. If I'm sick, I'd like to be able to see my PCP in the Wallingford office. I've never had this issue before. My old PCP with Yale would always squeeze me in.
People have to read the reviews. The low ratings are for experience in billing or customer service not the providers.
Billed my insurance for a service that was not provided, my annual physical. When I called to schedule my actual physical I was told they can’t schedule it as they already billed me for it when I received a follow up visit but records show it was never performed. Don’t waste your time if you want actual medical care.
