Walley's was contacted and was very responsive. However, the Estimator arrived 1 1/2 hours beyond the time promised. The installation Crew also arrived significantly later than the promised time but did perform admirably in a very competent manner. Sadly, the Walley's staff left the door to my home unlocked when they departed though. Overall, very pleased with the price and the service imparted!

My experience with Walley's was excellent. The office kept me well informed as to when the workmen would arrive, if they were running a bit late, etc. The guys were friendly and professional. Explained what they were doing and gave detailed answers to my questions. Great all the way around!
I used Walley's to fix up some pipes in my house and i was blown away by the professionalism. Not only was scheduling the service a breeze, the customer service I received was top notch. I got a confirmation call the day before the service and a follow up call once the service was complete. The office staff did an amazing job. 9/26/16: I recently had my furnace serviced by Walley's HVAC and was surprised at the outstanding service I got. The technician was extremely professional and completely thorough in his evaluation and explanation of all the services he performed. I was extremely impressed with Walley's Heating & Air Conditioning. I signed up to be a new customer and before my appointment date I had a problem with my system. I called and they told me they could send someone that afternoon. They also called me about a 1/2hr before to let me know he was on the way. When Christian got here he listened to me and then checked everything until he found what was wrong and fixed it.
