I had a new heating system installed recently and was very happy and satisfied with Walley's from beginning to end! I was quoted by Walley Jr and right after he left, even before receiving his quote, I was pretty sure that this was the company I would be going with. He was very personable and informative. I had a heater changed in my rental property & Walley's is a great vendor to work with and probably has the best customer service than any other vendors around this area. Courteous staff and tech people take great care in explaining & doing the work.
Wally's is the best. My furnace died 12/21/2017 3 days before Christmas. From the first phone call to them being very concerned for my warmth and would send someone right over with space heaters to them being able to remove and install the very next day to I would have heat in these very unseasonable cold temperatures that we were having was just extraordinary. Walleys went through several design revisions with me to work out the best system for heating and cooling our home in Milford NH. The job had some challenges because of how our home was built, and they were particularly good about custom solutions. We're very happy with the end product, and working with them has been great.
Project was the complete replacement of a hot water boiler and all associated equipment. Nothing was reused. Totally pleased with the results, a fully professional installation with exemplary workmanship. Two way communications were always open with both the on site workers and the home office. A full 5 star recommendation.
Walley's is simply the best HVAC company I have ever experienced. They do everything they can to ensure your furnace is running safely and correctly. They have gone above and beyond for my family and I can't thank them enough.
They where very good, got them here quick and found the problem, got back to me within 24 hours on parts, got me up and running to have heat,very pleased
