Prompt and professional. A positive experience from the very call to make an appt as a new customer thru to completion of the yearly checkup/tune-up. Walley's maintained professional communication thru phone and email to ensure the appt was flawless. Technician was on-time and very professional. Walley's will get me business and recommendation. My plumber retired so I was reaching out for another option. Walley's had good reviews so I felt it was the choice. I explained the issue to the administrator and they were able to get someone out the next business day. They were clear the diagnostic would be $150. They weren't clear on what the steps might be once the problem and solution were identified. The tech came out on time. It wasn't a rare problem (according to my research) so I gave him room to see what was going on, expecting he would give me one or more options ... read more

We had an Amana furnace and air conditioning unit installed at the end of December(furnace) and beginning of February (AC) unit. A couple of technical snafus, hidden since we bought the house, were uncovered and resolved by a super crew. The craftsmanship redoing some of the ductwork was fantastic. We had called in a panic as our one of our heat zones looked like it was starting to not function. Walley's sent our their representative Alex to come out and diagnose the issues. Alex was attentive, personable and professional and would have him and his team back at anytime. They found the issue, worked out a solution and had it fixed the same day. I would highly recommend Wally's and will be certain to use them again.

Walley's installed two heat pumps for me in the lounge of American Legion Post 3 in Nashua. They did an outstanding job and the units are working perfectly. Very professional experience through Walley's. They were very helpful knowledgeable, and accommodating. Highly recommend them!

From beginning to end, the Wally's team was simply wonderful. Savanah was so helpful in scheduling a prompt time for the repair, and she always followed up to let us know the time to expect the service team, and then again to make sure we were pleased with the service or to answer any questions. Wally's staff arrived in less than 24 hours, and exactly on-time, as planned. The problem was diagnosed quickly, patiently and with expertise. The technician took time to evaluate the overall condition of the Heating-A/C system to see if repair was a smart decision. His explanations were clear and easy to understand.
